Can’t login after using duplicator

Ok I really need help, I’ve reinstalled all things 4 times (delete everything, new database, etc) and yesterday it worked via firefox (chrome not..) but now firefox also doesnt work anymore. When I fill in my name and password I get redirected to an empty login window. Please advice

I checked the config etc which seemed fine, then I did a new install and disabled the plugins. I was able to login so I reactivated the plugins / removed the duplicator files like it advised me to do. Today I wanted to login again, but the problem came back..

It looks like you may have a plugin that is causing issues. I would recommend disabling the plugins manually, here is an article that may help:

Then slowly enable them one by one till you can find out which one is causing the issue or you could reinstall and temporarily leave them disabled to see if the issue persists. Typically the plugins we see that cause redirection and failed login issues tend to be security plugins, but not always…

Still not solved, 2 weeks since we used the plugin, can’t login since that day. Haven’t had the time yet to dive into this problem :p

Hi, can you please help me. I disabled all plugins via FTP but still can’t login. It redirects me to https://alicewestenberg.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Falicewestenberg.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 every time I try to login. We really need to login..

I already changed the siteurl and home in the database option. Doesn’t help.

I had the same problem as you, found this thread on a search. I was able to fix it by removing my .htaccess file from the local machine directory (I just moved it to another folder, didn’t delete it).

Once I did this, I was able to log back in. Hope it works for you too. Good luck!
