API License key

Hello, I bought, via a friend, a license for the theme Consulting Pro. He sent me the document he received as a result of the payment by Paypal. This document contains the API License Key. I can not find where I need to enter this API License Key to activate the theme. How do I enable it on my site?

The license provided by only theme developer. So you call to theme provider.
