W3 Total Cache

    Hi,

    I was wondering if this plugin works correctly with caching plugins like W3 Total Cache? I’m having an issue on one of my websites where pages with the scroll feature on aren’t rendering correctly. It appears to happen randomly and looks like it’s down to the style-sheet not being loaded (after clearing the cache the issue is resolved for the short term).

    W3 Total Cache is installed as are a number of other plugins although most are fairly simplistic in their nature/functionality. After some testing and trial and error it appears that deactivating W3 Total Cache has resolved this as the pages are all rendering fine now. I can only think that there is some sort of conflict with having the caching enabled with the AJAX feature.

    Any help/advice would be appreciated as I’d ideally like to keep both active on my site.

    Hi @jmdesignsolutions,
    W3 Toal Cache shouldn’t be an issue. Just make sure you have ‘Ajax Security‘ disabled on the Ajax Load More settings screen.

    Can you confirm this was disabled?

    Hi,

    Not a problem to send a link however now I’ve deactivated W3 Total Cache the issue has stopped occurring. I don’t really want to re-activate it on this live site which gets a lot of traffic as it will happen again but it might not get noticed for a while and obviously doesn’t look good having some pages with the layout completely thrown because the styles aren’t loaded properly.
