• We noticed on Safari we were having issues with auto-play feature of the HUGE_IT video player plug-in. Once we contacted support we created a temporary admin for HUGE_IT to log into our WordPress account to investigate the issue. They were able to quickly asses the issue was that Safari had disabled the auto play feature for all websites and needed to manually be changed in the preferences panel of Safari.

    HUGE_IT was quick to respond and the level of professionalism they exhibited was phenomenal. We are sending a HUGE THANK YOU to the support team at HUGE_IT!
