Location of Shortcode on Store Page Different From Filter

I have a short paragraph at the beginning of my woocommerce store page giving some instructions on how to use the filters, but when I add the filter shortcodes after that paragraph (tested the one below found on the plugin instructions), it shows up above the paragraph at the very top of the page.

I would like each filter to be in the appropriate section of the instructions. ie.

1) Size
[shortcode/filter]

2) Color
[shortcode/filter]

etc.

Is this possible?

The page I’m using the is the main woocommerce store page if that makes any difference.
