    Hello, could you please help with Checkout Labelling in Google Analytics? What labels should I use?

    Also in my Product Performance reports I see that all performance is from “Place Order”. 3rd step in my funnel is labelled that way.

    Thank you contacting us!

    The Checkout Steps are fired on the Checkout Page of your store, which is followed by the Cart Page. We have classified the Checkout steps as per the different(& logical) part of the Page to identify the user interaction on that Page as well as the Drop-off. Kindly find the details of the Checkout Step below:

    Checkout Step 1 – Checkout View: This step is fired when the Checkout Page of the store is loaded; while user enters the Checkout Page of your store.

    Checkout Step 2 – Billing Info: This step is fired when the user starts filling the Billing form on the Page.

    Checkout Step 3 – Proceed to Payment: This step indicates that the user has completed filling the form and going to proceed for Payment process by clicking on “Proceed to Payment” button.

    Kindly set the checkout steps label accordingly in your analytics account.

    Should these labels be exactly like that or would it work as on your tutorial (https://www.tatvic.com/blog/enhanced-ecommerce/#steps) as well:
    1. Checkout
    2. Shipping info
    3. Place order

    And should the checkout page have this exactly url /checkout/ or can I have it as another url for a custom page set at xxx/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout with the default Woocommerce shortcode ([woocommerce_checkout])?

    Although reports are showing one section with transaction at “Shopping Behavior Analysis” there is no data between “All Section” and “Sections with Transactions” steps. Is that normal? If not, how can I fix that? Thank you!

    Regarding the checkout steps:

    Yes, it is working exactly like we explain in our previous comment!

    Custom checkout page:

    No, it will not work with the custom checkout page with the shortcodes since our plugin is working for the standard Woocommerce pages only

    Shopping Behavior & Checkout behavior report:

    We request you to share you store URL (with our plugin installed) & view level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com so we can verify the same for you (Open a new Support thread for this or you can directly contact us on the above email id)

    Additionally, we have noticed that one more thread open from your side where youi have shared the store URL: https://knott.com.br right? if so then I would like you to learn that, our plugin is not activated on your store.

    Yes, it is on https://knott.com.br website. I`ve activated the plugin there, collected some data and sent you an email about my issues in order to realize the whole project budget. You were also added as my Google Analytics manager. Thank you very much!
