Display Categories on one certain Page

Hello there,

I need help with a particular issue on my site carolingo.com

I want the categories that are shown under the menu “Portfolio” to show up once I land on the site Portfolio. Right now, if a user clicks on Portfolio they see a site with the text “You can select from a range of my work here.” but I want to have all my categories displayed on this site as “clickable” boxes that lead to the certain category and its post.
