How to display the video on the front end?

I installed this plugin and I am able to add videos through the front end. But since my website is a listing website, the files uploading feature is incorporated in the Form itself and I need to display the inserted video to the front end automatically … So that when a user views any of the profiles, he can see the respective videos on the respective profiles.
