    Hi

I’m using the Divi Theme from Elegantthemes for a clients website. Allthough the site is still under construction. Lately I always get an error within the Divi Builder when I want to edit a page.

    The error: Divi-Builder Timeout

Luckly the Divi Builder gives a hint where the problem might be. It’s basicly saying that another plugin might cause the problem. So I troubleshooted the problem by disabling all plugins & activate one after another. The problem/error is caused by ManageWP.

I’m not sure if I had ManageWP installed in the beginning of development. However when all plugins are disabled except for ManageWP, I get the Timeout-Error. In fact I already increased the PHP memory limit, but the error still apears. I kindly ask you for help.

    Best regards,
    Francis

  • Hey Francis,

Could you please file in the ticket through your ManageWP dashboard with the information on which website you are experiencing this issue so that we can investigate this further?

Don’t worry, we’ll get to the bottom of this together.

    Kind regards,
    Vladimir

I too have noticed this on one Divi site. I also have some others that do work so the variable is related to Divi and ManageWP but also something else. Memory limits is the obvious difference.

Hmm, this is interesting. Anything ever get resolved/identified here?

As Jason already said, there are other factors involved here so the best thing would be to open a support ticket through ManageWP dashboard so we can focus on your case individually.
