I’m using your FREE Visitors Online plugin as a widget, which appears in the footer for each page of our website.

    My questions are:

How do you define “user” and “guest” when accumulating totals?

Are the totals representative of all users on the website, or only those users on the given page?

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    1. “How do you define “user” and “guest” when accumulating totals?”

The user is one who has been registered and has an account on your website. Guest is a visitor who doesn’t have an account. A total number of visitors is a number of user and guests which visit your website.

    2. “Are the totals representative of all users on the website, or only those users on the given page?”

A total number of visitors is a number of all users on the website.
