Unable to Reset pasword in restricted site

    Hi There,

    The issue I’m having is users are unable to reset their password from the link they receive on their email.

    My site is restricted only to logged in users.

    I have already enabled specific pages to be accessed to users not logged in (login, password reset, and others) via “Exclude the following URLs” on the settings section.

    Users are able to access the password reset page just fine (where they input their user/email). And email gets sent just fine as well. The problem is that following that link takes them back (redirects) to the login screen.

    I tried adding the full link to the password reset page (including hash and user ID) in the “Exclude the following URLs” section and only that way users can reset their password. of course this is not a viable solution.

    It seems as if the plugin is detecting pages with GET request arguments. e.g. [url]?page_id=1&arg1=1. as new pages altogether.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi @ejnavav,

    Do you have any caching plugin installed or server side caching active on your server?
    Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if this fixes your issue.
    You can also try to do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.

    Hi Support, Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

    No cache plugin in use or conflicts found.

    For those with the same issue, I managed to fix it by selecting “Apply custom access settings” and selecting “Content accessible to Everyone” on the Ultimate Member Section of the Options (Right panel) of that specific page (Password Reset).
