sub category doesnt appear on the drop-down menu

  • Hi everybody,

    I have encountered this problem and kindly ask you for help.
    I’ve created a subcategory in the ecommerce that I manage for work, but when I go to the site and click on the main category, the drop-down menu opens and the subcategory I created does not appear. What could be the problem?
