Signup Confirmation Error

If you go to MailPoet > Forms and choose the form you want to edit, you should see a Settings panel on the right column. Then you can choose from “Show message” or “Go to Page” after subscriber click on submit.

This should be the message displayed below your Submit button after the page got refreshed. You’ll not see a new page with a confirmation message unless you check Go to Page option, as I told you above.

Since you’re working with WordPress locally, I can’t even test it…

Hey, Bruna, I just tried it and I see the confirmation message below on page refresh. But then again I get no email confirmation…so there’s problem with the sending service… https://da4f26b5.ngrok.io/series/cooking?mailpoet_success=1

Additionally, is there a way to Ajaxify this confirmation, so the page doesn’t have to refresh? And again, is there a way to dismiss the form and replace with just this confirmation message?

That confirmation message is done with an Ajax response, if you are not seeing it below the form, make sure your theme is properly enqueuing the jQuery script.

The confirmation message does show but below the form and then after a page refresh. I thought it would load with Ajax and thus no refresh. Then again I was hoping for way to remove the form and show the message where the form was after a user has already signed up no need to still show the form, except the page is refreshed.

Confirmation email is still not sending for the double opting setting, which is another bug…
