Disable hover at second level menu

    Hi,

    I use 3 levels for the menu.

    The second level should only work as a title, not as a link.

    How can I disable the link functionality? I already used # for the link, but by hovering the hand with the finger still appears -> I want, that the arrow remains.

    I tried it with CSS and pointer-events: none; – but unfortunately I was not able to get this to work.

    Would you please supply the respective CSS.
