• Hello,

    I have just noticed some of my images are not loading on my landing page and also in blog posts. I have also noticed social media icons are not displaying correctly. Does anyone know what is causing this? I am using Google Chrome on a Mac.

    Andy, I’m having the same problem although your page looks ok to me. Have you fixed it? Started 48 hours ago. My last two postings are affected for sure, replaced by a “?” icon. Some previous posts too. Safari and Chrome show different images affected. Images show on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

    Running WordPress 4.8.2 with TwentySeventeen theme version 1.3. My page https://www.fhithich.uk

    Edit: I think I’ve found the problem. Using JetPack, recently ‘updated’ to 5.4. I disabled the option “Speed up images and photos” and it seems to have fixed it. Another query mentioned this but used slightly different wording https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/not-all-images-load-on-site/

    Hi,

    Thank-you for the quick response. I looked at the code and found out Jetpack Plugin was the cause. I have uninstalled the plugin and it now works. I have contacted the Jetpack developers as I love the plugin and would like to see it fixed.
