  • Hi there. You mentioned changing it in the settings, I assume you are referring to the Date Fields Date Format input correct?

    Thanks!

    Hi Shane,

    Thank you for your repsonse!

I changed the setting in my WordPress theme to Dutch, including the date settings d/m/y.

And in Form Builder I changed the form field “Date”, the “Date Format” to d/m/y.

    Do you have enough information?

    Thank you in advance.

    Martin

Hi there Martin, yes this is correct regarding the VFB side of things – this will allow the display of the text date to format day, month, year. Do you have a URL that I can see the form at?

    Thanks!

    Hi Shane,

    Sorry for this late reply.

You can find it at anniecare.nl

And then “Maak een afspraak” / the green button

    Thank you in advance.

Hi there Martin. And the Format in VFB Pro is dd/mm/yy correct? If so, it could be related to a theme/plugin conflict. Or simply due to it being in the modular/popup. Try placing the shortcode in a page and give that a test.

    Thanks!

    Hi Shane,

Can you explain your solution a bit more?

    Thanks!

    Martin

Sure thing, so if you have set the Date Format for the Date Field with the following format – dd/mm/yy. Then it should adhere to that format when you select a date from the live form. If it is not, I suspect a possible theme/plugin conflict. Try deactivating all plugins/theme but for VFB Pro and give it a test.

    Thanks!
