Bloom integration

    Hi,

    i have in past Mailpoet and replace it with Jackmail. On a new page i have as optin Module Bloom.
    And in jackmail infos was placed that a connect with bloom was possible.
    But in Bloom i could not find a optin Source for jackmail. So wich eMail Provider should i choose. I thought normally the “Custom Html Form”, but then i must have the source code wich should have placed in Bloom itself?
    Was that the correct way – and if yes how to find it?

    Hi Thomas,

    Indeed, you have to use the Custom HTML Form but leave it empty then, Jackmail will synchronize all the informations collected with Bloom ??

    hi, that doesn’t work. I become then an empty window from bloom without any field for placing name a.s.o..
    Where should the system also knows wich fields and wich list should be used?

    Any info about it? How should i get a EMail-Provider to have fields for Name and EMail and a list where the infos goto.
    Because with empty Value for Custom HTML Form i get still no fields in Bloom Form. See screencast from Website:

    It used to work but it seems they update the custom html so we have to start again developing something on it.

    Maybe these was related to the updates to vers. 1.2.18 https://www.elegantthemes.com/api/changelog/bloom.txt

    So is that fixed? Any guide to add custom html in Bloom?

    Hi!

    We have developped this feature in Bloom, but the Bloom team doesn’t respond to my emails. We have tried the contact form on the website.

    We will reply here when will we have more information.

    Maybe you can give us such information, so that we also inform the eleganttheme over it in Support Forums?
    So we get a little bit more “pressure” ??

    Haha sure. Reaching them in their support forum should be enough to pressurize them. The more we ask, the more they have to do it (more or less) :p

    We don’t have any feedback about Bloom unfortunately. We made the development for them, transfered them everything and still are waiting for an answer.

    I posted these question also in the Elegantthemes Support. Maybe it make sense if other Bloom-Users also post these in Elegantthemes Support System to get more pressure for these problem!

    Also the Jackmail Team too ??
