Rearranging login field labels

Hello,

I am wondering how I can re-arrage the layout of the login form without loosing the changes in future updates?

Right now the login form through your plugin looks like this: https://eyedialabs.ca/lifestylehearing/member-dashboard/member-resources/

I would like to make it look just like this: https://eyedialabs.ca/lifestylehearing/login/
