    I purchased a developer license a year ago that covered 10 licenses but had only used one of those 10 until yesterday. I tried to use a second license number from my original license list and received a notice that I needed to renew, which I did. Unfortunately, the license is still not working. I wrote via the contact form twice – yesterday and today – but have not received a response and now have a very upset client.

    when you renew, you get a new license code that replaces the original one. We’ve also added more licenses for you to replace your additional original ones, I sent an email to you yesterday.
