Smart Slider is not workable! Why?

Well hello wordPress forum!
I did download and active this smart slider plugin. Next I create template file php for slider, and paste <?php echo do_shortcode('[smartslider3 slider=1]');?> it. Next create page in admin panel. Click for slider url and there is no picture motion for every slider’s item, no rows and indicators for slider control. Only list of pictures and titles.
Where is a trouble of my customizing this plugin?
And how to fix it?
