At some point recently, I noticed that the scroll up button that I had set previously was no longer there on the page. I tried disabling and re-enabling it, but I cannot get it to show up anymore. I’m not sure what other information would be helpful here: I’m on the latest version of WP/OceanWP/plugins.

    Thank you!

Hello, the scroll up button has completely disappeared or just the icon?

The button and icon have both disappeared.

Hi, okay, it seems that you have a JS issue that will cause your two problems (mobile menu), disable all your plugins elementor included and see if it solve the issue, if so, re-enable each plugins one by one to find out witch one cause this.

Thanks for your response. I have found the culprit: Ocean Extra plugin. When all other plugins are activated except Ocean Extra, the menu works and the scroll up button is back.

Okay, can you show me your site url with Ocean Extra enabled?

    Sure, here is the site

Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles, click Save Changes, clear your cache and tell me if it solves the issue.

So, after the recent update, I’m having the issue again, with both mobile menu and scroll button. I tried saving the scripts & styles in theme panel and clearing cache like last time, but this time it’s not resolving the issue. Any other ideas? Disabling ocean extra plugin still solves the issue, but the site doesn’t look cohesive without it activated.

Hi, can you remove the password in your site so I will see what is the error.

Sorry about that, it’s removed now.

You have the same error in the js file, can you try to disable all JS scripts to see if it solves the issue? If yes, re-enable them one by one to see which one cause this issue.

Ok, I’ve unchecked all JS scripts but the issue persists.

That is very weird, ok, try to enable all scripts and styles no exception.
