Sample with POST and GET method

Hi Team

I really love this plugin but I am new to API.
I tried create 2 CF forms with one Post and one Get but not really having a result from it.

Maybe you could try to advise that is wrong?
I have Redirect Plugin installed as well bringing from Form a to Form b in https://sliced-business.000webhostapp.com/registration/
