    Hi there,

after installing, setting etc I found that it was upsetting the WordPress scheduler so that e.g. the automatic updates I have set up on say Updraft BackUps are now not working.

I de-activated wpcontrol plugin but still the scheduler seems disabled / not working and my backups are not happening.

    Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

WP Crontrol acts as an interface to the cron system in WordPress. It doesn’t change any behaviour, unless you’ve added a custom schedule from the Settings -> Cron Schedules screen and you’ve changed your cron events to use any of those. Custom cron schedules won’t be available after you deactivate WP Crontrol.

Your best bet is to deactivate and reactivate your backup plugin and check its settings.

Thanks. It seems to have been resolved now.

    Have a great day …
