Form will not display

    I have created a custom profile form but I can’t see it on my website.
    The default profile forms shows OK but when I change the shortcode to the one for the custom form the webpage is just blank.

    Have to make sure the Role in the Form Settings tab is on for the role you are using. Then it displays.
