10 hours ago your plugin update broke my website. You said you’d come with a fix. I suggest you don’t let websites be blank for such a long period. Why don’t you just roll-back the previous version.

Also many people won’t have a clue now why their website is offline at the moment. They don’t know where to look. That’s bad. How are you going to reach them to tell them how to fix it? They cannot update the plugin manually because they cannot login.

We have released a fixed version 3.4.1 which will fix the issue that you are facing.

Kindly update plugin to version 3.4.1 (if you have downgraded to lower plugin version) or download a latest version from www.ads-software.com, install & activate on your site.

Let us know your views on the same.

Hi, I just upgraded to 3.4.1 about 40 minutes ago and it gives me the white screen of death (WSOD). If I deactivate this plugin via my HostGator control panel, my site becomes normal. I tried activating a second time and immediately get the WSOD.

    @jimfromaz,

Can you let me know which PHP version your site is running?

I’m on php 5.6 and 3.4.1 is still broken. What php version did you use to develop?

I have it working now. After 3.4.1 was automatically installed it didn’t. Then I renamed the plugin directory and I went to the Dashboard and Plugin area. Got the message that the plugin was disabled due to an error. The I renamed the plugin dir back to the original name and went back to the Plugin area and CTRL + F5 the page and Activated the plugin successfully.

Having same issue. Being a novice, have no idea what to do about it. Any help is appreciated.

I got the White Screen of Death too. I almost cried. I have a lot of stuff on my website. And now I can’t reactivate the plug-in even if I wanted to. Which means I just looks my 1000+ email subscribers. Please fix this soon.

Why is this marked as resolved??

Kindly update plugin to version 3.4.1 (if you have downgraded to lower plugin version) or download the latest version from www.ads-software.com, install & activate on your site.

If your website is down, to get it up and running, log in via FTP, delete the email subscribers folder from wp-content/plugins/ and then install a new version (3.4.1) manually.

Feel free to ping me for any more help

I don’t have a way to log in via FTP. I would have to contact bluehost again to fix it. Can someone tell me if version 3.4.1 works?

Also, if I have already deleted it, will my subscriber list come back or is that lost forever?

It worked. My subscribers are even still there. Thank you

3.4.1 is craps, still breaking websites. Happily I saved a 3.3.5 copy that works fine.
Looking for a more reliable extension.

3.4.1 is working on my site (WordPress 4.8.2)
