Pop up showing behind page content

I love the idea of this plug in. I haven’t seen others like it. It could alow me to turn hundreds of pages into a pop up version really quickly. However, when the pop up comes up, it seems to be placed behind many of the elements on the page instead of truly popping up to the forefront. I am guessing there is some minor glitch causing this. Any ideas how to fix it?
