    I am trying to export out some orders as CSV’s and whenever I click export it tells me its processing and to check back on the export list when its done. Well I’ve checked back in the export list and my export command is sitting in queue. It has been about 4 hours and since it’s only 29 orders I can’t imagine it would take this long. Any ideas as to what may be happening? Thank you

    That is rather unusual behaviour for a simple export.

    Please attempt the following 3 steps :

    1. Please disable all 3rd party plugins bar WooCommerce extensions that came from our site https://www.woocommerce.com

    2. Make sure everything that is on your site is up to date and running the latest version

    3. Switch to the our default [Storefront]
    (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/) theme (this can easily be switched to by searching for it in the Themes section of your WordPress site just to check.

    4. Check that there are no red errors in WooCommerce > Status > Status Report.

    Please try all of the above steps to rule out a conflict or configuration problem.
