WPML multilanguage, partial translation

HI. Thanks for your plugin.
I’m using it in conjunction with WPML to manage three languages. Default language is italian.
When you switch to a different one however, texts inside YITH modal are left mostly in italian. The only part which get translated according to selected language are attributes: attributes labels and actual values get translated. Ex. Color: Blue.
Regular fields label however are not: so you get ‘Descrizione’ instead of ‘Description’. The title of the modal neither and it shows ‘Compara prodotti’ in every language.
Do I have to manually translate those in WPML string management? But this feel not correct, by the way.
