Files and databases are not restoring after import

Hi,

I am trying to import a site using this plugin. I exported the site using this plugin’s latest version. When the exported site (.wpress file) was imported then files and databases are not restoring. Instead it just shows “done preparing your blog” message. When i go to save permalink settings instead of forcing me to log in it directly goes to the permalink settings page & i see that no changes have been made in my blog.

Please help me to solve this problem.
