I’m getting Contact Emails, with the sender emailaddress

Hi, I have problems with contact form 7, in the line “From” I should put the emailadresse from my shop. But if somebody write me through this contact form in the line and I would like to reply, my emailadress is in the line. So I have to copy manually the emailaddress from the email and paste it to send him an answer.
What should I write in the line that the emails teach me with the right replying emailaddress?

I’m sorry but I’m not understanding what should I do now. I’m a little confused now.
I made some screenshots. Here you can see that in the forms everything is right filled. Maybe you can see something what I don’t see.
On picture 1, you can see how my email is written.
On pic 2 you can see that in the field “From” my email address is written. How can I write the email address from the customer.
On pic 3 you can see I’m writing an offer in the Form.
On pic 4 you can see that in the email form the Name and the email address from customer, but if I open the email I see my own email address.

Also the Form is complete not working in the english version (translation with WPML). On pic 5 you can see that the two arrows are twisting and twisting and nothing is happening.
