    I was thrilled to discover this plugin and happy to pay for the add-on, but since the purchase, this plugin’s author is a ghost. There’s no contact information except for a form; I’m unable to reset my password as the site emails aren’t being delivered and I’m awaiting response to a support ticket. What’s the deal?

    Thanks for your message.

    I can assure you that I’m not ‘a ghost’! I was working on the site yesterday and emails were delivering fine to me as well as a number of other customers that I was in contact with. It might be worth checking your spam folder or asking your host if anything has gotten stuck in a filter somewhere.

    There is a general contact form as well as Priority Support for people who have an active subscription to an add-on.

    As your request pertains to a premium add-on which might get this thread locked by a moderator, please can you submit a Priority Suport ticket via the website and I’ll get back to you there.

    Hi Jack. Relieved that you’re not a ghost! I’ve already posted the priority support ticket on the website. It’s regarding the formatting of the date field from advanced custom fields. But I’m not able to log in (as I need to reset my password). The confirmation mails are nowhere to be found – no spam, no filter.
    Could you be so kind as to mail me directly, and not via the site?

    Hi @teezi,
    Just looked again and emails are being sent out from the website so am pretty sure that there’s an issue with the configuration of the mail settings on your .co.za domain name. You can use https://intodns.com to find issues with the hosting configuration. A quick look at your domain using that tool revealed a few red issues which might be a potential cause of this.

    If you’ve received any emails from the website, can you reply to one with another email address that I can change your account to try instead?
