I had been using this plugin without any problem for the last month, but suddenly the custom menus that I had created appear entirely blank and when I hover over items it looks like every possible item is in one dropdown menu no matter where I select.

I have tried deactivating all of my extensions and reinstalling the plugin with no success. The “Reset All Settings” button within the plugin settings page does not seem to work at all either.

Is this a problem with the most recent version of WordPress? How can I fix this to get my custom menus back?

Actually, I discovered the problem – conflict with another plugin: WP Popup Maker

    Hey there,

Glad to hear you figured it out! I will check out this conflict and see what’s going on.

I checked this out and was able to replicate the issue. I also looked at the codebase for WP Popup Maker. They use a proprietary method for adding menu items, and it does not play nicely with Client Dash.

Unfortunately, there will not be a fix for this conflict with the current version of Client Dash. However, Client Dash 2.0 is right around the corner. I tested this plugin with 2.0 and it works perfectly. So be on the lookout!

    All the best.
