Problems connecting to messenger

    Hi, Have had followed all of the instructions available and I have the correct URL to the business page in the configuration tool, however, I have no content in the chat window?

    Are you able to advise what I am doing wrong?

    Hi Darren what is your website url? Did you see our faq? Is your fan page Visible to Everyone?

    found the problem on the country page… the only other issue is having when i attempt to log in via the chat window – it doesn’t log in just come back with the login button.
