Why no title/description fields on admin?

On every default WooCommerce payment gateway there’s the Title/Description fields in the relevant settings section. As you can see here: https://s1.postimg.org/6jdry6jl4v/Screen_Shot_2017-10-25_at_18.56.49.png

This should be included in this plugin too I believe, or maybe I’m missing another setting located elsewhere?
