    Hello,

    I would like to buy the plugin but I need to ask you a few things.

    I read that in one release you have fixed the late posting issue. I am testing now the free plugin and I noticed that sometimes the posts go live right away and sometimes they do not appear for hours.
    Second thing: if I add a custom text, sometimes only the custom text appear and sometimes also the description of the product appears.
    Third thing: How can I choose the position of the like/share buttons? they go to position at the right of the price of the product, too close to the price.

    Hi,

    Please contact [email protected] for details.

    In short, posting time is 5 seconds standard. And it should appear. In release, we were addressing about the site delay due to load. Not the posting time to the Facebook.

    About custom text, it should appear if you enter along with desc. Can you please provide a screenshot?

    Like/share button should appear at the end of description. It may need to adjust according to your theme.

    Hello Sheeraz,
    Many thanks for coming back to me even if it is weekend, much appreciated.
    I have already tried to contact the website through the contact form but unfortunately i get an error and the contact cannot be sent, that is why I wrote the post here.

    -I posted this product (it took more than 5 minutes to show on Facebook) https://www.screencast.com/t/OuMFdy0w8s This brings me to keep checking Facebook page to see if the post has actually posted successfully

    -Now I can see only the custom message. Yesterday for example I had both the custom message and the long description in the post. Is there a way I can get just the custom message on the post? I just want viewers focus on my message, they would not care of the description of the product on Facebook.

    -Same screenshot, look the position of like/share button. I would rather have it 0.5cm below the button “order now”

    -Last thing: What should be the size of the pic in order to show in full in a the Facebook page? as you can see the edges of the mobile are cut.

    P.S. the theme is Electro

    Sheeraz,

    with regard to my last question about the size of the images, please give a look to this screenshot. You will see that 2 products I have posted, come in 2 different format despite of the size of the pictures used are the same 600×600.

    Can this be fixed from the plugin? I would need t understand when the post is going to be shown in a format and when in the other.

    In short, there are two options in our plugin to post.

    1) Post as Link.
    2) Post as image (with description)

    A full image need option number 2
