    hi Claudio,

    The plugin works well, but payments are not confirmed on the woocommerce dashboard, the status is not updated.
    I use bluehost, do you know if this company has known issues for blocking this feature? What could it be? thanks for your help. I have another site is hostgator that is a sister company of bluehost and payment gateways work well.. thanks.

    HI I have asked my host to unblock the IPs you have shared in a previous post.

    Is there a way to fetch and upgrade the older / previous orders so that they update their statuses? thanks!!!!

    Need to allow your server receive the Mercado Pago requests.
    Try check with your hosting provider, the problem is there, they need to do something to fix it.
