Convert Existing Submissions into posts

    Does this plugin allow you to convert existing submissions into posts? I have about 200 submissions saved via “Contact Form Submissions” plugin that saves all contact form submissions into my backend. Can I use this plugin to convert those all to posts? Or does it only work when submitting a new post? Thanks!

    No it won’t.

    Here is what you can do however to achieve the same,

    • Map your form to a post/custom post using this plugin so that all subsequent submissions will be saved as posts.
    • use the export function of “Contact Form Submissions” plugin to export your saved submissions into a CSV file
    • use a CSV importer plugin such as Really Simple CSV Importer, to import your data back to your mapped post.
      You’ll need to rename your CSV columns to match your post fields mapping, but it should be quite straightforward.
