Thankyou for your message. I have applied this coupon code for the discount “bogohp” but it is not working.

These are my settings for rule:

Blueprint:-
Cart or Catalog Discount – cart purchase discount
Deal type – BOGO
Deal Action: But something, discount the next item
Advanced Rule

Buy Group:-
Group product filter: Any product
Group Amount: Buy each unit
Min/max: none
Rule usage count: Apply rule once per cart

One possible issue is a mismatch here:
WC Database Version: 2.4.10
WooCommerce: by WooThemes – 2.6.13
(I believe the numbers should be the same)

Other than that issue, I’d suggest a *full module conflict test*:

To track down a module conflict, please follow these steps ** PRECISELY **:
(1) Install and activate a maintenance mode plugin (if desired)
(2) Then, DO ALL (*at the same time*):
(-) deactivate ***all*** plugins except Woo, my 2 plugins (and maintenance mode plugin)
(-) ** switch to a clean default theme like 2017 **
— (This removes all other possible conflicts.)
(-) turn off all deals except the one we are examining.

(3) ** test **
(4) if good, add 1 module back in. ** Retest **
(5) Repeat until conflict identified.

** This test depends on following the outlined steps fully. **
