Can’t login

    Hi,
    Thank you for this wonderful plugin. This might be a really stupid question, but I can’t get past the database configuration for my staging. As far as I can tell I’m putting in all the right information but it keeps telling me there’s an error in establishing a database connection.
    How do I fix this?

    There was an error in the staging site setup so it didn’t automatically make the config. I figured out the information it was asking for and plugged all that in, but then it created a new install of WordPress.

    There are some other posts on here that talk about how you can try to avoid getting errors in the first place. (I haven’t been able to yet.)

    If you use the new install of WordPress, you have to make sure you point the table in the config to the table for the staging site. The code is listed on the installation details in the plug-in. If you look at my other recent posts, you’ll see an answer from Rene talking about what to do.
