How do I create pop-up screens/windows

  • Hi,
    I have a ‘Meet the team’ page, which has photos and contact details on it. Please see here…

    Is it possible to create ‘pop-up’ screens in WP? I want to add profiles of each person that appear when the photo is hovered over or clicked on.
