No Submissions

    I created a form and made a submission from the above web page, but no email is received and no submission shows up in the form admin.

    Please advise.

  • Hi JJanicik,

    When trying your form it does seem to submit successfully, so if the submission is not showing up in your database then it must mean something goes wrong when trying to save the data.

    Do you happen to have access to your server’s PHP error log by any chance? This would tell us what exactly is going wrong.

    It could also be that the plugin failed to create the necessary database tables when the plugin was activated. Do you recall seeing an error message after activating the plugin?
