Video does not open in Fancybox

    I have two videos in the sidebar one for Youtube and the other Vimeo. Neither one will open in Easy Fancybox.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi Lucy, can it be that your site is closed for public? I’ll need to see this live to be able to say more. Unless you could paste the code that you used for the media links here?

    Good Morning,

    I should have the site open this afternoon. Once I do I will test the videos and hope that fixes it and will let you know the results.

    The site is not active and the video are not opening in Easy Fancybox.

    There are two videos in the sidebar. One is Vimeo and the other is Youtube.

    I created a test page to see if it was something related to the videos being in a widget verses a page, but that did not make a difference.

    There is no problem with the videos. They both open very well for me!

    Hi @lucyc, like @faucherd I can open both videos. What browser are you using? Have you tried testing without WP connexion? Maybe there is a conflict with a script that is loaded only by logged in users…

    It is fine with Firefox and Safari.
