Ever since I have updated Woocommerce, the header images I have set for overall Woocommerce pages have been changed to the thumbnails I have set for each category. Since the banners are different shapes and much bigger in size, my categories pages look so bad with these forced banners. (Default banner: https://camia.shop/shop/)

I don’t know if it is ShopIsle or Woocommerce with this forced setting that I cannot change, but any advice would be appreciated. I really like the Shopisle theme and I would hate to have to change it.

    Hi @wincyyellow,

I am inclined to say that it looks like it is a theme specific issue. Can you goto **WooCommerce >> status >> templates** and check if there is any template out there with a notice is out of date? In that case you would have to update the overriding templates to the latest version of WooCommerce. If that is not that case then you could deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and switch the theme to the default twenty sixteen theme to check if the issue persists, if it does not occur any more then activate the plugins one by one to check what is the cause of the behavior.

    Cheers!

Everything looks good in “WooCommerce >> status >> templates”. I guess that means it is Shopisle theme doing this. Thank you so much for your response! I will have to look into a different theme then.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Hello @eri32s98,

I am not sure if this problem was already solved or not, but I have exactly the same issue as @wincyyellow had. All showed up after WooCommerce update. If there is some option to remove/hide this banners = only on category pages, could you please advise?

I don′t like the idea of searching for some new theme just because of it.

    Thanks a lot.

    Bas
