    WordPress 4.8.3, Dark TT theme, email_subscribers 3.4.2
Since the fatal error at line 1241 with blank screen, the plugin doesn’t work anymore.
Did what I could: delete plugin from site and cPanel, reinstall latest available version, 3.4.1, then updated a week later to 3.4.2; tried jumping from HTML to Plain Text on both WP and PHP and checked with test email; checked all other options and left them the way they’ve been since installing the plugin a year ago (since they are okay and never caused any problem); deactivated other plugins (which never caused any problem before) to no avail.
Reports show emails (post notifications) have been sent successfully, but they are not received, and NO DATA all across since fatal error.
Don’t know what to do anymore. And really don’t know what happened: the plugin has been working flawlessly for over a year and suddenly, bang! doesn’t work anymore.

Do the fatal error and blank screen still come?

The issue of no data has been resolved in the version update 3.4.2.

Please let me know your views on the same.

No fatal error and blank screen, that’s been resolved.
However, reports says email sent immediately, but still not received by subscribers and still NO DATA.

Kindly try to publish a new post and then try. As it will not take effect on the older jobs.
The issue has been fixed in the version 3.4.2.
If the subscriber has viewed the email it should show viewed in the status.

Published a new post. Reports : sent immediately, not received, still no data.
I’ll try again deactivating the other plugins / extensions in a day or two. I’ll let you know.

    I have the same problem.
I published two posts this week and in the report it seems the emails were sent but it shows NODATA and email not received.
I opened a task yesterday night.
    Thank you.

Yesterday I also tried to send a newsletter to test emails, but the result had been the same. The report is shown but email not sent.

    @ely76

Kindly make sure if you have updated the plugin to the latest version ie 3.4.2
Also, may I know what method are you using to send emails?
Is it a normal send immediately method or cron method?

Please let me know your views on the same

Yes it is updated. I use the immediately method and I’ve never had problem.
I think I have the problem from last week, after having updated.
    Thank you.

Same here. Plugin 3.4.2. Normal send immediately (no cron method). Spam folder checked. As for me, the problem started with 3.4.1 and continues with 3.4.2.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
May I know what is the exact problem you are facing as this particular thread has two independent issues.

    Thread Starter zakmichigan123

    (@zakmichigan123)

    Very simple.
The emails seemed to have been sent immediately according to Reports, but (1) they are not received by the subscribers (I’ve checked with them, telling them to check their spam folder, and on my own emails), and (2) Reports show no data.
When I deleted emails-subscribers from cPanel and my two sites after the fatal error and reinstall it, version 3.4.1, it worked once, just once, on one of my two sites, then stopped working on either sites. Then came version 3.4.2 and it is still not working.

May I know what method are you using to send post notifications or newsletters?
Is it Sending mail immediately or Sending via a cron job?
Also, the issue of Reports showing no data had been fixed in 3.4.2.
But, there is again a new version 3.4.3. Kindly update your version to 3.4.3.

Kindly let me know your views on it.

I don’t sent newsletters, just post notifications, sent immediately, no cron job.
I have updated to 3.4.3. I will post an entry later on tonight and let you know if it works.
