Settings with Payments not showing

I was running previous plug in and then updated this morning to 7.1 where payments are accepted and should show in my settings. But they are not – the pages were created but the Customer Area settings only show the limited general settings menu- without the ability to edit payments issues…. I had everything set up correctly and now since update nothing works. please advise.
