Somehow i’ve make it work on mobile (Only with Chrome browser, the browser of the facebook app fails to open the link). Still don’t work on desktop.

Need to make it work in all browsers, ’cause, i think, almost all visitors came from facebook, from mobile, so, they opened the page with the browser by default (the facebook app one)

    Hi @prendelallama
I tried using your Facebook ID page on our demo but it does not work.
Try to go to this page https://www.facebook.com/{your-page-name}/settings/?tab=settings&section=messages&view
and make sure to check “Allow people to contact my Page privately by showing the Message button”.
    Best Regards,

I have that option check out too

Exact same issue. What caching plugins are you using? I’m running an Nginx server using fastcgi caching and also W3TC. I’m betting it’s something to do with caching.

Have the WP Super Cache. I have installed other plugin, and it’s working. Maybe it could work for this one too.

I had age restriction for my Facebook page, so that’s was disabling the plugin

    Hope works for u too
