    The service is the worst i have never seen.
    Perhaps is a business owner name is called Shri.
    Bad attitude, very rude, arrogant and makes no sense.

    Purchased a theme in years ago, and they removed the download link which caused me can’t have the file to download again, and ask me to make payment again even i have not downloaded the zip pack before. Simply just throw me a T&C saying that ask me to pay half is fair enough.

    For those are already purchased, good luck.

    And thanks for WordPress public forum platform, this allow us to express our thoughts on those unprofessional services we have encountered.
