So there are two things:
1. I am creating a local site and do not have a domain name as of now.
2. I realized I face the problem when I deploy the guide I created using Documentor plugin.

Fixed in Scaffold v1.1.1

In 1.1.1 I the site title is not showing (I am not using logo in the header). Also NOW it is not full width (it was before).

Sorry about that. I’ve just pushed an update (1.1.2) that fixes the header issue.
