Add static content to Storefront header

Hello.
I’m a noob in this so i’ll be straight, where should i put the code from the below site to add static content in header?
I added it in css but nothing happened.

Thank you very much!
It worked but i don’t like it, the text is on the right side while i need it in middle with larger text.
I managed to move it to center and now i’m trying to increse the font size of the phone number.
I was thinking about ‘<font size=”XX”‘.” face=’Arial’>”;
Any ideas?
