    Hi All,

    We are trying to use Tablepress, we love it, but we cannot seem to get it to display its full width on our website. It gets clipped on the right. For a split second it displays fully but then is cut off.

    Any ideas what we are doing wrong? Thanks so much!

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    This is caused by your theme, which seems to be using a rather small content width. You should check if you can select something like “Full width” or “No sidebar” in the “Page Template” dropdown on the “Edit” screen of this page.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Thanks Tobias! The page is set to full page and we still get it forced into a smaller content width.

    I tried this but to no avail either…

    .page-content {
    margin: 0 auto;
    max-width: 674px!important;
    }

    Any ideas? Thanks so much, A x

    Hi,

    please try this, instead of what you are using now:

    #content {
    	width: 1038px !important;
    }

    Hi Tobias,

    I’m having the same trouble.
    Sometimes it works fine: https://www.aeroganga.com/es-ar/vuelos/bue/bcn/vuelos-a-barcelona-desde-buenos-aires/

    But sometimes there’s a blank space at the right: https://www.aeroganga.com/es-ar/vuelos/bue/mad/vuelos-a-madrid-desde-buenos-aires/

    In both pages, the settings are the same (I’m using theme Hueman).

    I’ve tried this, but it didn’t change

    #content {
    	width: 1038px !important;
    }

    Thank you for your work!

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    This problem is caused by a bug in the width calculation of the horizontal scrolling. To work around it, please add this to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress:

    .tablepress {
      width: 100% !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Unfortunately the twentyfourteen seems to always pull the content to that width. It never worked out for me -even with:

    #content {
    	width: 1038px !important;
    }

    or

    .tablepress {
      width: 100% !important;
    }

    But I appreciate the feedback!

    Hi,

    on your site, you could try

    .entry-content {
      max-width: 100%;
    }

    Tobias

    Hi @aeroganga

    I am having the same issue with my Hueman theme site as well. Flickers full size, then shortens to smaller size.

    Did you resolve your issue?

    Hi shahshahid,

    Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias
